If you need to reschedule your appointment, I am happy to do so with 24 hours notice. I understand that life happens, however, this policy is in place so that we can navigate our relationship as counsellor and client with consideration and respect.

If you cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee of $65 (half the session cost). I do this because with very little notice, I usually cannot book another client during that time.

If you miss the appointment or no-show, you will be charged $130, the FULL cost of the session. I try to be as understanding as possible about extenuating circumstances, so please communicate with me about your situation. I reserve the right to not charge this fee if I deem it appropriate under the circumstances.

Please note that charges for late, cancelled, and missed appointments must be paid out of pocket and cannot be submitted for health insurance reimbursement.
